About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Human Resources to lead and direct all HR activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, compliance, policy and procedure development, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and training and development. This role requires the ability to analyze market trends, ensure the company's competitiveness in talent acquisition and retention, and oversee the design of equitable HR programs. The VP will also be tasked with streamlining HR processes, providing leadership on HR matters, and ensuring institutional compliance with all legal requirements.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' of HR experience, including a proven track record of supervising a results-oriented HR team. Strong knowledge across all HR functional areas is essential, and experience in higher education or a similar setting is a plus. The role demands a leader with strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The VP will work closely with the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging to align HR activities with the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse workforce.
