About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Human Resources to lead and direct all HR activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, compliance, policy and procedure development, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and training and development. This role requires the ability to analyze market trends, ensure the company's competitiveness in talent acquisition and retention, and oversee the design of equitable HR programs. The VP will also be tasked with streamlining HR processes, providing leadership on HR matters, and ensuring institutional compliance with all legal requirements.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' of HR experience, including a proven track record of supervising a results-oriented HR team.
