Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for a portfolio of properties, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger entries.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of financial statements, bank statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and resolve financial discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for assigned properties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in property accounting or real estate finance
