Senior Property Accountant
We are working with a housing company in Brighton, MA that is in need of an experienced Property Accountant. This person would be responsible for the monthly financial statements of tax credit and affordable housing properties. This role will be hybrid in Brighton, MA.
Responsibilities :
Support property budgeting
Support property audits
Ensure timely reporting
Oversee property accounting transactions
Collaborate with other departmental leaders
Qualifications :
Affordable housing experience is highly preferred
MA regulatory compliance
Experience with RealPage Accounting software is a plus
