In this role, you would enter data into the company’s database, communicate with customers and sales representatives, and assist the sales team with any customer service issues. Responsibilities : Enter data of customer material lists into quotations into company software
Email quotes to customers or sales representatives
Assist the Inside Sales Team with miscellaneous customer service issues
Assist Inside Sales Manager with data management
Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED required
Previous clerical or data entry experience required
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Building Material knowledge is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check
