What this role will entail:

Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical support over the phone or email

Perform remote troubleshooting

Walk the customer through the troubleshooting process

Follow up and update ticket status with customer information

Identity and suggest possible improvement on procedures

Driven to succeed at work and contribute to the big picture

Diligent with note taking

Passionate about customer service

CompTia A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus!

Our total compensation and benefits for this role includes: Salary is based on experience, drive and the value you can bring to the company: and is in the range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year.
