Job Requirements: . At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industries like property management, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
Proficiency in various sales techniques and active involvement in industry associations.
Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships.
Excellent organizational abilities, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Possession of a valid driver's license for client visits and events.
Availability to attend networking functions in the evenings.
