Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy
Assist with market feedback and data from key customers and competitor intelligence in your Region to supply to the various Market Segment strategies and overall business plan. The main role of the RSM and sales team is to implement these strategies within your assigned Region
Sales Management Attract, hire, develop, mentor, retain and lead a professional and well organized team of Sales Engineers (SE)
Direct, coordinate, and empower a team to attain sales and profit growth objectives
Accountable for the usage of C4C (customer relationship management portal) by the team. Apply reporting from C4C and other centralized sources to analyze results, identify trends and help drive performance
Responsible for internal management and business reviews as the need arises
Performs annual individual performance reviews with their team (PEP) and maintain a regular cadence of reviewing performance throughout the year
Responsible for the review and execution of legal contracts such as NDA’s and T&C’s in accordance with Trelleborg legal requirements
Sales Execution Assist in building customer relationships and make joint sales visits with SE’s on a regular basis to support growth and develop own key relationships within the customer
Coordination of all sales activities within the region in order to meet segment sales objectives, gain market share and increase overall profits as defined by each territory strategic plan and Americas business plan
Develop and implement performance metrics and tracking methods for sales team specific to the SE and territory to help achieve targets
Monthly reporting and ad-hoc reporting of business results
Establish internal relationship among our various departments to help influence and set shared expectations
Education and Experience: 7+ years work experience in sales, technical and or sales management related field
Bachelors or advanced degree strongly preferred in business, technical engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Experience leading people and teams is helpful
Strong Technical proficiency is beneficial
Shown understanding of OEM, MRO and B to B sales and marketing practices
Knowledge of the rubber and plastics industry, products and manufacturing is beneficial
Familiarity with ISO and IATF quality requirements is beneficial

Compensation:
Please note this is only a general guideline and will vary based on work location. The salary is estimated between $107,000.00 to $147,000.00. Elements we consider when making our offers include but are not limited to the candidate experience, education, training, responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and market data.
