Domo is a BI platform, similar to other platforms Cox Auto uses; Power BI and Tableau. Domo allows us to create visuals and different reports from the various data sources Domo is connected to.
High-level list of responsibilities of our marketing analytics team:
Data consolidation and management, for anything needed for marketing performance and decision-making.
Data analysis, optimization recommendations
Performance measurements, ROI analysis
Marketing attribution
Segmentation for audience targeting
Predictive modeling
Dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualizations
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill our Marketing Analytics role. This individual will leverage advanced analytical skills to create analyses with tailored insights and visualizations that tell the story with data and provide actionable recommendations. This individual should have a passion for data and a collaborative spirit to create solutions with key stakeholders.
In essence, this individual will help evolve and innovate our current methods of measurement and attribution framework to provide deeper insights & opportunities to optimize.
Responsibilities:
•Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance metrics, including but not limited to conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to the marketing team and key stakeholders.
Develop robust dashboards within our B.I. platform, allowing team members to self-serve campaign performance
•Marketing Attribution Modeling: Develop and implement marketing attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various marketing channels on customer acquisition and conversion.
•udience Segmentation: Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to identify and target key customer segments, maximizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
•Predictive Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes, customer behavior, and inform strategic decision-making.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product, to understand business objectives and align analytics efforts accordingly.
•Data Visualization: Create visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
•/B Testing: Provide recommendations for A/B test, and provide deep-dive performance analyses
•Technology Integration: Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing analytics tools and platforms.
•Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years working as a marketing analyst
•Understanding of marketing channels; email, paid search, display, media, social, etc
•Experience working in BI tools, and complex database systems
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Strong communication skills
•Strong project management skills
