About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Global Product Management and Sales for Semiconductor Solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the business growth by focusing on identifying and closing deals with critical new customers, as well as expanding the market share with existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across existing and new markets, particularly in industries where the company's power amplifiers and industrial motion controllers can have a significant impact. This includes working with underserved markets to understand their needs and partnering with them to enable targeted product development. The role also involves leading a global sales team, conducting regular meetings, and providing the necessary direction to achieve ambitious sales targets.The ideal candidate for this position at the company is a Rain Maker with a proven track record in sales, a strategic thinker, and a strong leader with experience in managing high-performing sales teams. A background in the power amps and drives industry, particularly in semiconductor or industrial applications, is highly desired. The candidate should have a technical sales background, at least 8 years' experience in a similar industry, and a BS in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent. Experience in deploying sales tools and infrastructure, such as Salesforce, is a must. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a new and highly visible leadership team, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and excellence in a technical manufacturing environment.
