Call Center Representative_

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an Overnight Call Center Representative to join an established team of Operators onsite in Boston, MA. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday 11pm - 7:30AM.

This person will support inbound calls for multiple hospitals and private practices within the state of Massachusetts. Inbound calls for various department transfers including billing, radiology, specific physician offices, scheduling, etc. Must be able to handle roughly 100-200 inbound calls per day and must use the directory to connect individuals to the appropriate department.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of previous inbound call center experience for healthcare organizations

Experience transferring calls to internal departments

Good phone presence

Ability to type 35 WPM

Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED

Must be able to pick up new software's/technologies null
