Job Description :
Iris Comm Lab is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Salary Range : $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about our services and products
Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot problems
Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
