Job Description

Join LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, as a Program Coordinator , supporting the TDM-IP Program Office. The TDM-IP Program Office is responsible for working with NAS System Owners to help them develop and deploy IP solutions to replace their existing TDM interfaces. This position will support the Program Office by working with various System Owners to track and report on schedules, funding and deliverables defined in each Program Level Agreement (PLA). Responsibilities and desired skills for this position include:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for working with all functional areas of our team (Engineering, Financial Management, Scheduling, and Security) and System Owners/Program Office to gather and document requirements related to Program Level Agreements (PLAs), each with their own unique requirements, needs, and goals.

Establish milestones and deliverables associated with projects

Monitor the progress of each PLA to ensure goals are being met

Support the Business Management team for all PLA-related funding (funding transfers, capitalization, ROMs)

Develop/support the development of PO briefing materials, facilitate Stakeholder Meetings

Provide support for Capital Investment Team (CIT), Joint Resources Council (JRC), and Investment Planning & Analysis (IP&A)

Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and maintain documentation on the FAA Knowledge Services Network (KSN).

Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Administration, or discipline

5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Master's Degree or MBA in a related field may be substituted for a bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience.

Ph.D. in a related field may be substituted for a bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience.

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relative experience

FAA NAS/telecommunications experience, Project Management, Cost Analysis

Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiar with NAS Second Level Engineering (SLE) processes

Work Requirements: Work location: Remote - Work from home

Work Hours: M-F, full time, Eastern Standard Time

Travel: Background check: FAA Suitability and Background Check

Compensation (Pay Bands)

Salary at LST is determined by a wide array of factors, such as (but not limited to) education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time, 40-hour/week status. Part-time staff receive compensation at an hourly rate. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and are just one component of the LST's total compensation package for employees. ** In compliance with local laws, LS Technologies presents this reasonable compensation range as a guideline for roles in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington D.C."
