ARI-Armaturen (www.ari-armaturen.com) is currently seeking National Sales Manager for the USA out of our office in Webster, Texas. This position is a result of our year-on-year growth and expanding customer base in North America.

ARI-Armaturen is a high quality German manufacturer of control, isolation, and safety valves as well as industrial steam and condensate recovery products. We are a family-run business who is committed to preserving our autonomy and independence with an international sales network and representation in over 60 countries worldwide. The North American branch of ARI-Armaturen was established in 2003 to provide our customers with localized inventory of our wide-range of products which is supported with comprehensive customer service, sales, manufacturing, and technical support.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for management and oversight of sales team and marketing personnel.

Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and report accordingly.

Create and communicate sales goals and pricing strategies with management.

Suggest long-term vision and investment strategies to senior management.

Contribute to the annual sales forecasts and sales strategies by products, markets and customer accounts.

Frequently travel with regional sales to key accounts and attend industry events and exhibitions.

Oversea the development of the company's channel partners to ensure that there is mutual fit and work with Regional Managers to insure training and target accounts are identified in order to support the sales targets.

Remain knowledgeable of company's products, market, industry trends and competitors.

Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external customers.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Your competences:

Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5 years related sales management experience in the industrial valve market, machinery equipment or machinery rotating equipment market in either distribution or manufacturing.

Must have previous experience in developing and executing sales plans and channel partner development in the industrial valve manufacturing or supply market.

Must have experience in leading, developing and coaching a diverse national sales team that produces regional and channel partner growth while always maintaining a positive, courteous, and professional attitude.

Understanding of applications, for example in steam and condensate or heat transfer oil or gases.

Positive and assertive attitude with excellent outgoing interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team with high work ethic and commitment to personal development and learning.

High computer proficiency in word processing, power-point, excel spreadsheets, ERP, CRM and email applications.

Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.

Ability to speak Spanish or German is a plus.

Must have a current passport and valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
