About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales with a strong background in the African market and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the FinTech and stablecoin space. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business and partner acquisition, including prospecting, qualifying, and contract negotiation. This role requires the ability to identify target clients and segments, as well as to generate and manage partnerships from inception to success. The Head of Sales will also be tasked with onboarding and training partners, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience in a senior sales position, and a detailed knowledge of the B2B sales discipline. Strong project management skills and the ability to close deals are essential. The role demands a professional with the ability to influence the organization, make tough decisions, and work in a culture of total transparency. Experience in selling API solutions and a proven ability to drive the adoption of new features is also required.
