**Job Description:**
Stanbridge University is seeking a dynamic candidate with excellent customer service experience to be the Front Desk Receptionist. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as a point of contact for students and staff. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is people-oriented and gets along well within a team. **Essential Functions:**
* Answer phones.
* Assist visitors, students and employees by directing them to appropriate sources.
* Filter inquiries for prospective students and direct to Admission Staff.
* Organize and deliver mail to appropriate individuals.
* Distribute all faxes to proper individuals.
* Assist with school projects, ensure front desk area and copy room are neat and clean.
* Data entry.
* Document tracking.
* Order and maintain office supplies.
* Process background checks.
* Special projects/other duties as assigned by CEO and other Executive Staff Members.
* Always maintain a positive attitude.
* Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors.
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
* Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Working knowledge of office procedures and office equipment.
* Requires excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
* Must have prior administrative support experience.
* A background check and alcohol/drug screening are required.
