Business Development Director

LSP is partnering with a CRO client of ours searching for a Business Development Director to play a key role on their business development team.
The ideal candidate would have a strong success rate of achieving sales targets and would be responsible for maintaining and developing high level relationships in order to ensure sales goals are met. This is an individual contributor role.
Qualifications
4+ years of relevant BD experience within a CRO setting
Strong chemistry background
Experience with selling medicinal chemistry/CMC services
Extensive Small Molecule sales/BD experience
Experience selling within a CRO
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
Must be based in or near Boston
