Responsibilities
AsPSAI’s Customer Success Manager, you will:
Becomea subject matter expert on our PSAI software as well as help to educateour clients on how to use PSAI to achieve optimal results
Coachour clients on executing paid media campaigns (primarily with Facebook) including but not limited toaccount setup, strategy development, as well as regularly meeting withclients to review results and recommend new strategies as their needsevolve
Evaluatekey metrics and, in turn, implement strategies that will improve clients’ experienceswith our software
Workhand-in-hand with cross-functional team members to improve overall clientperformance
Calculateand report on our customer’s return on investment and other essentialKPI’s
Workon behalf of our clients to create mutually beneficial partnerships with otheronline entities and businesses
Actas the champion of the PSAI platform by retaining client accounts as well asupselling new opportunities and programs within Spectrum/ PSAI to our existingclients.

We want you to treat this positionlike a consultative process, one in which our customers have a problem and wehave their answer. That means you must be able to sit back and listen to theissues our clients are having in order to truly understand the products andservices that will solve them.
Self-Starter. Taking initiative and finding newsolutions to complex problems is the name of the game here at PSAI. Utilizingyour self-starter/ strategic mindset will help you and your clients go far.
Leader. You will be responsible forleading your clients and their continued success through the tools we provide.Similarly, you will help to guide your colleagues down a similar path tosuccess as well.
Analytical. In order to solve problems andbuild innovative new solutions for our clients, it is essential that you knowhow to take an idea and analyze it from all of its angles.
RequiredSkills and Experience
We’relooking for Customer Success Managers who have:
ABachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Knowledgeand firsthand experience with the search marketing industry
Atleast 2 years of professional Paid Social experience (Facebook preferred)
Experiencewriting and testing paid ad campaigns
Experience with Facebook Ad Manager and Facebook Business Manager
Exceptionalcommunication skills, both verbal and written
Experiencein dealing directly with clients, ideally B2C clients
Familiarityand prior experience with Content Management Systems. Prior work withWordpress a big plus.
Afundamental understanding of HTML and CSS a plus
