This is a newly formed position that will provide the opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies to expand Ease’s installed base, lead and oversee all aspects of our account management function, and provide leadership to an existing team of Account Executives. Position Location: Remote (preferred location, Orange County, CA)

Salary Range: $100k to $120K Base with 50/50 OTE

What You'll Do: Lead and nurture a team of Account Executives to achieve success expanding into Ease’s largest and most strategic manufacturing clients, primarily the world’s most renowned automotive suppliers and consumer brands.

Collaborate with a team of Account Executives to ensure high levels of engagement, clarity of goals and continuous improvement.

Mentor and coach a team of Account Executives in effective account management techniques, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Formulate and execute expansion strategies into an installed client base of multi-billion-dollar global manufacturers.

Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with cross-functional teams of Sales Development, Finance, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to drive expansion growth.

Install accountability for the effective application of sales methodology both in practice and execution within the CRM system.

Facilitate negotiation efforts, including pricing and contract agreements, to ensure successful deal closures.

Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis, ensuring the delivery of a successful sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills for Success: A proven track record of success in sales management, particularly in enterprise-level installed base expansion, with a minimum of 8 years of B2B SaaS sales management experience.

Proven success with high transaction oriented, repeatable, land and expand execution.

Exceptional communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills, resulting in the successful leadership of a team of high performing Account Executives.

Expertise in developing sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with senior management.

Proven management experience in identifying strategic accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.

Manufacturing industry experience, in automotive, aerospace and their relevant supply chains.

Experience working with private equity backed, high-growth SaaS companies

Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills for Success: Experience selling or working in manufacturing, specifically Process Optimization, Audit, Connected Worker, Quality and Operations

Experience selling industrial SaaS products to global manufacturers

Start-Up or Early Stage and high-growth company experience
