Constructs workflow charts and diagrams by learning system capabilities and writing specifications.
Improves systems by comprehending current practices and designing modifications.
Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs in addition to delegating project tasks based on staff members’ capabilities.
Maintains a high degree of ethics, integrity, diplomacy, and confidentiality in dealing with employees and external customers.
Acts as a liaison between company end users and outside consultants and internal IT staff on specific projects.
Consistently applies project management skills to assist in the development of IT.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s of Science degree in addition to a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or ERP project management or related field.
Knowledgeable of ERP implementation.
Able to work well under pressure and use individual problem solving skills to analyze complex situations using critical thinking skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experienced in using packaged software such as Microsoft Office.
Must have good communication skills, including written and oral communication.
Able to work well in a deadline driven environment.
Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
Must be willing to travel.
