Demand Generation Manager

Job Description Job Description The Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in running, maintaining, and optimizing our organic and paid campaign strategies under the guidance of our VP of Marketing with a concerted focus on conversion rate optimization and lead generation. This role is ideal for a candidate with a track record of success in an agency setting or in-house corporate environment where results and accountability to KPIs were key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, monitor, and fine-tune campaigns while conducting micro-tests to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and organic ROI
• Develop, write, and ensure the quality of blog and website product content and user experience under the guidance of the VP of marketing
• Compose and iterate on email marketing campaigns to boost sales and campaign performance
• Assist in the creation of strategic sales collateral in alignment with our brand voice and market position
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs
• Continually monitor website health for uptime and performance, implementing improvements as needed
• Generate and present weekly reports to leadership, highlighting lead generation numbers and KPI performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong writing abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to produce clear and compelling copy
• Type A personality with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic acumen to monitor and optimize demand generation campaigns effectively
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing tools)
• Experience in running SEM and paid social campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and data analysis to inform marketing decisions
• Solid understanding of current SEM practices, conversion copywriting and organic content marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with WordPress
