ABOUT THE COMPANY

At QurAlis, we are neuro pioneers on a quest to cure. Founded by an internationally recognized team of neurodegenerative biologists from Harvard Medical School and Harvard University, QurAlis is a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing a pipeline with therapeutic candidates that target specific components of ALS and FTD pathology and defined patient populations based on both disease-causing genetic mutation(s) and clinical biomarkers.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, in this newly created position, we are seeking a motivated experienced QurAlis Associate Directo r/Director of Alliance Management and Business Development.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Establishing position within the Business Development group through collaboration and engagement.

Own and drive “Alliances” with partners. Work with other internal teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organization goals.

Identify, Source, evaluate, build and nurture strategic partnerships with other companies, driving business growth that includes both in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities.

Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting on partner progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions or expansion of the partnership.

Attend various conferences and networking events on behalf of the company.

Present and represent the department and company in internal and external meetings.

Primary Job Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 yrs. of experience in BD/Alliance Management or relevant role

25% travel to Boston if not local to Boston (negotiable)

Additional travel for meetings and conferences.

Advanced Science degree is an advantage.
