They are looking for a Director, Business Development (Leadership Role) - Hyrbid, Boston.

They provide a comprehensive solution (8 in total) all in one platform for their SMB and MM customers.
While they are focused on SMB and MM, they also do very well in the enterprise space.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully built and developed BDR teams (both inbound and outbound)
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with executive leadership to define market segments, set sales objectives, and prioritize opportunities for expansion.
Although not necessary, having developed a team in cyber security would be an asset.
Compensation: Base: $130K-$150K; $200K+ OTE, equity, benefits and much more!
