JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk and Desktop Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support within our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will assist remotely and onsite, ensuring all computers and networks are secure, deploying updates, and educating staff on IT practices while troubleshooting a variety of technical issues. This role includes working closely with both technical and non-technical users to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Provide remote desktop assistance, telephone support, and troubleshoot computer issues.

Ensure system backups, security updates, and the integrity of IT infrastructure.

Guide staff on the use of computer programs and adherence to security standards.

Perform hardware and software installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with vendors for problem resolution and manage IT documentation and ticket queues effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization.

Strong familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, MS Exchange, and network configurations.
