Insight Global is actively seeking multiple Desktop Support Technicians to provide crucial assistance a one of the largest hospitals in Northern California. This esteems healthcare client is currently undertaking over 22,000 device refreshes this year. As a Desktop Support Technician, your primarily responsibility will be to travel to various facilities sites and perform essential PC, laptop and hardware refreshes. You'll play a pivotal role in data migrations and the meticulous schedules of devices upgrades. Collaborating closely with department managers and change nurses, you'll gain access to computers, extract old PCs, migrate data, install software, manage cables, meticulously document device updates, and ensure the proper disposition of assets. This role demands technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to maintaining critical healthcare infrastructure.

Skills and Requirements

-Minimum 1 year experience troubleshooting computers and mobile devises
