Salary: $85,000- $115,000

Experience Needed:
Proven experience working on heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, highways, and other infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with construction management processes, including project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Experience in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
Proficiency in construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or similar programs.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges on-site.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Engineer or Project Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in heavy civil projects.
EIT certification or PE license is a plus.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
