Position: Heavy Civil Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $125,000- $185,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities:
As a Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including:
Leading project teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Communicating effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Experience Needed:
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Qualifications Needed:
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the Seattle area.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project budgets and control costs.
