Job Overview

GenoBucks plans on hiring a professional Account Executive who would support us in managing customer accounts.

An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who will help us grow our customer base by engaging the existing customers and sourcing prospective clients. You will also help us plan and initiate projects in ways that help meet our client's requirements. You would have exclusive territories and can build the Geno Bucks brand as large as you would like.

Your duties and responsibilities include

Managing existing accounts

Conducting cold calls

Maintaining relationships with existing clients

Building Geno Bucks into other territories

Your main aim should be to convert all leads into customers and provide them excellent customer service. You will be reporting directly to the Account Managers and give reports about your activities to them. These reports would be submitted on a weekly basis but communication to us is very important; our support for our sales team is second to none.

If you are adaptable, well-organized and have extensive experience with account services, we would certainly like to meet you!

Responsibilities Develop sales content (proposals, analysis, and presentations)

Help deliver presentations to clients

Coordinate with the in-house teams and vendors to execute projects

Plan projects from start till the end (budgets, estimates, and project schedules)

Be updated with our products and services on a regular basis

Conduct research to inform about client's strategies

Monitor the progress of the project, considering its expenses, and timelines

Submit regular status reports

Maintain records and data

Respond to customer requests quickly

Stay informed about the latest trends and developments

Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Marketing or relevant field

Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Coordinator or Account Manager or a similar role

Excellent customer service skills

Articulate, cultured, and professional in all regards

Extensive know-how of project management and advertising

Proficient in MS Office Tools

Social media marketing will be taken as a plus

Better understanding of different research methodologies

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure but independent enough not to be micromanaged

Should be a team player
