Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing a variety of revenue-driving marketing programs across multiple marketing channels. This is an opportunity for a high-energy, detail-orientated, and creative individual to make a significant contribution to a company dedicated to meeting the needs of healthcare employees. This position will collaborate with product, editorial, creative, and sales contacts, ensuring that balance exists between all campaigns as we develop and execute lead generation programs both for internal growth and external sponsored programs. This role will report to the Marketing Director and will be supported alongside a full and collaborative Marketing Team.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Manage, organize, and execute sponsorship campaigns coordinating with creative, editorial, sales, and media operations teams to define target audiences and align content strategies and distribution channels for optimal traffic, lead, and revenue generation.
Oversee all external tradeshow planning, organization, and fulfillment. Collaborating with creative, sales, and the events team to facilitate error-free onsite events.
Execute and deploy all deliverables and campaigns on-time and error free.
Work in partnership with fellow marketers and editorial team to develop content and enhance efforts for lead generation, list building, lead enhancement, and external advertising opportunities.
Manage and coordinate all internal and external advertising opportunities across multiple e-newsletters and company sites.
Work in collaboration with the social media team to leverage social media channels for execution of audience building campaigns.
Collaborate with sales team to analyze attendee markets and target markets to develop sales enablement materials for increased revenue bookings.
Qualifications
Excellent marketing copywriting skills and the ability to create concise, compelling marketing copy from complex information.
Self-managed, proactive, and highly organized.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, virtual team environment, projecting a positive, can-do attitude.
An ability to rapidly adapt to fluid market and product needs.
A consistently creative thinker and problem-solver who drives themselves to look beyond standard solutions.
A belief in the discipline of project management and the importance of setting and achieving targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
3+ years of marketing experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Docs, Email Marketing - experience with Marketing platform tools and processes a plus.
