ServiceTitan's Sales team plays a critical role in showing potential customers the value our software can deliver to their respective business. This is not a one-person feat - it takes an extraordinary team with our Solutions Engineering team being a vital component.

We are looking to bring on a talented Telecom Specialist Solutions Engineer who can help ServiceTitan acquire new customers by utilizing a harmonic blend of sales skills, technical software expertise, telecom expertise, and a deep understanding of our customers' business processes. A successful candidate must be able to distill complex information and concepts into simple to understand and practical business context for the prospect in both an empathetic and articulate manner. You are motivated by complex technical challenges and are determined to solve them while working with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment in presenting the best solutions for our customers.

This role will be based in either Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, or Remote.

What you'll do:

Partner with the Sales teams to lead custom product demonstrations, based on business processes and workflow of potential customers. This role will primarily focus on our Contact Center solution, but they will also be enabled to demonstrate other Pro Products.

Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives if prospective customers are compatible with the recommended product and/or features

Consult potential customers on the transition process of adopting new contact center solutions

Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based upon a deep knowledge of ServiceTitan's software as well as the advantages of our product versus the competition

Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Professional Services on product roadmap strategy and onboarding/implementation best practices to scale customer acquisition, revenue activation, and improve customer sentiment

Create and maintain telecom enablement content geared towards to Sales org

Manage our pre-sales network infrastructure review process, including maintaining supporting enablement content

Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for the internal team to use during demos

Create clear documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team

Be the subject matter expert on any Telecom related product updates and/or releases to address any potential implications for business owners

What you'll need: 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in the Telecom industry

Experience with VoIP Telephony + Contact Center solutions

Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches & Wireless)

Open to travel

Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues

Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences

A desire to constantly learn and apply these learnings to your day to day

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $102,900 USD - $117,200 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
