We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our innovative and fast-growing Front Row Team. This Role is based in our Carmel, IN Office and offers a Hybrid Working Schedule.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a critical role on our Customer Service Team. In this Role, you are responsible for leading customer facing projects and acting as a subject matter expert, liaison, and trouble shooter for the Vendors we represent. Additionally, you are responsible for providing Best in Class customer service, answering incoming questions and requests, and providing timely and accurate service and solutions to our Vendors and Customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to incoming customer inquiry calls and emails, providing resources and solutions with a sense of urgency.

Research and prepare product quotes for customers.

Conduct weekly comparative shopping analyses on vendor products we represent. Analyze pricing, and update/correct issues as necessary.

Manage and execute item updates including new item set ups, retail image editing, product descriptions and price adjustments per vendor instructions.

Assist with the request for quote (RFQ) process and provide timely solutions.

Manage vendor projects, help facilitate customer intake inquiries and provide timely follow-up.

Track and update call logs, spreadsheets, and project databases on time.

All other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years experience in a Customer facing Sales Role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

High level communication and Customer Service skills.

Well organized with excellent attention to detail.

Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills.

Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
