Advise, lead and work on high-impact activities within the software systems’ development lifecycle. Act as subject matter expert on the full lifecycle implementation for Oracle Cloud and Workforce Management initiatives. Evaluate existing processes for inefficiencies and establish new flows for streamlined software development processing. Translate competing industry and/or vendor process best practices into business solutions and cloud-based configurations. Create specifications for interfaces, data conversions, reports and application extensions. Prepare, document and communicate business requirements for new systems and for updates to existing systems; obtain appropriate divisional signoffs. Coordinate and facilitate cross application meetings to define business processes, technical and functional requirements. Define processing logic and translate high-level business requirements into a detailed design configuration document. Develop and maintain user documentation and instructions for all systems in area of responsibility. Perform system testing and unit audits; verify all results for accuracy. Work closely with end users to develop required test data.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field. Requires 4 years of experience in any job title/position/occupation working with the full software development life cycle for both custom development and packaged application deployment. Experience must include: working with system administration processes and end-user support within Oracle Cloud; preparing business process documentation and reengineering; troubleshooting complex issues for inbound and outbound, workforce management systems; developing, upgrading and supporting consumer facing e-commerce web sites; and utilizing Agile, Waterfall and cloud-based software applications. Telework permitted. $143,000 - $160,000/year.
