Perform credit card account reconciliations.
Maintain and enhance vendor information, including managing W-9 forms.
Proactively address and resolve payment and credit balance issues with vendors.
Complete additional month-end tasks related to AP.
Generate monthly financial reports using QuickBooks Online.
Demonstrate ability to work independently or collaboratively, adapting as needed.
Undertake other assigned duties to ensure an efficient and effective workflow.
Welcome and greet office visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Efficiently manage phone calls, routing them as necessary.
Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in Accounting/Accounts Payable role
Proven expertise in accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online, Expensify, Bill.com , or Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel and spreadsheet tools
Excellent, organized email and phone communication skills
Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
A customer-first attitude and approach in all your interactions
Must be able to sit and work at computer for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
