Vice President, Dental Revenue Cycle Management

Overview
Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management to join our high-growth and fast-paced dental services organization (DSO). This position will be responsible for building a centralized revenue cycle function with an emphasis on creating structure, reporting, and driving standard operating process. The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management will report directly to the chief financial officer (CFO) and lead the conversion of our partner practices to a unified practice management system, Denticon. Revenue Cycle executive leadership experience is critical and candidates should be considered ambitious, driven, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities
Establish and implement billing, cash posting, customer service and collections standard operating procedures across the organization
Create and implement strategic department initiatives to optimize centralized revenue cycle management
Lead complex projects involving multiple business partners
Develop and implement reporting including key performance indicators (KPI)s
Partner with operations leaders to provide training and accountability for practice level staff
Oversee and build a team of revenue cycle support professionals
Other duties as assigned and/or needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related field strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, dental practice management systems, and Auxpanel or other business intelligence systems
Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required
Minimum eight (8) plus years experience directly managing the revenue cycle in a provider based, multisite, healthcare organization

Star Dental Partners (SDP) is a private equity backed Dental Support Organization (DSO) that acquires private practice dental office throughout the Southeastern United States and provides industry proven non-clinical support services to our dentist partners. Specifically, the SDP team assists dentists with payables and cash management, revenue cycle collections and payor relationships, inventory management, payroll administration, human resources, marketing, recruiting, and back-office management.
