Job brief : Do you know of Salesforce.com and would like to learn more about the leading Business Cloud Platform in the world? We at Revenova, LLC are looking for a qualified Customer Support Associate to join our team here and provide technical support for our Transportation Management System Application, the leading certified TMS on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible to provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries from customers.
As a Customer Support Associate, you should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to resolve issues and questions from customers is vital.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high quality support of our application and increase client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound email and phone inquiries on questions that may come up from customers
Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
Follow Up With Customers to identify areas of improvement
Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk activities
Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams, like product developers
Requirements
Proven work experience and skills in Customer Service
Hands on experience with help desk and Business Software applications
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Team management skills
1-2years experience with Salesforce.com or comparable applications
Associates or Undergraduate degree, in IT or business, desired not required
