Location : Des Plaines, IL
Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Our client is looking for Customer Support Associate to join a dynamic team dedicated to simplifying global trade for businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of global trade processes and contribute to warehouse operations support.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, swiftly resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
Maintain high standards of communication and uphold our customer service benchmarks.
Provide regular updates on merchant tickets to Support and Direct Managers.
Foster productive relationships with account management teams and supply chain partners.
Physical Requirements Lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds.
Engage in various physical activities during shifts, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Utilize equipment such as carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items within the warehouse.
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment standards.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of customer service or operations support experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
