How You'll Perform The Role

A positive and energetic “can-do” attitude to handle customer order/questions

Responsible for order management process in a fast paced office environment for assigned customer accounts that will allow you to build a working relationship with the buyers, including proactively solving issues, and clear/routine customer correspondence via email and/or phone.

Understand and execute all steps of order entry/fulfillment process, as well as understand various product lines and types of customers in the AS400 system.

Answer emails and a few phone calls regarding order status, pricing and questions on orders, researching answers when needed.

Partner with internal teams, including: Sales, Inventory Management, Accounting, Graphics, Shipping, Quality, and other Manufacturing personnel.

Maintain customer files, as well as relevant forms, daily/weekly/monthly reports, and forecasts as required.

What We Need From You

High School diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior successful customer service experience in fast-paced and/or manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with MS Office, and ability to learn other tools as needed.

SAP and JDE/AS400 preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
