A proven track record of hiring non-technical and product talent.
Experience in recruiting technical talent and functional requirements with skills in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Compliance.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Able to develop and execute sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.
A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse recruitment data and provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be a team player and should be able to work with diverse teams locally and globally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to not give up when faced with adversity.
