About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Partner Relations to lead its strategic partnerships. This senior-level role demands a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record in the merchant acquiring and fintech space. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving partner retention and growth, engaging with strategic partners at the leadership level, and ensuring that business objectives are aligned. They will also oversee the partner issue escalation process, collaborate with internal and external teams, and own the strategic plan for contract negotiations. The role requires extensive knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including integrated solutions, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this position at the company should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and an assertive problem solver.
