About The Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Research and Analytics to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the development of strategic insights for clients and prospects, working closely with client practice leaders, branding and communication strategists, and creative teams. This role requires a strong background in digital platforms, with a focus on data visualization, storytelling, statistics, web analytics, and social media analytics. The Vice President will be responsible for spearheading complex communication research projects, creating data-driven approaches for business insights, and leading client analytics discussions to ensure that insights align with business goals. Additionally, the role involves managing and developing staff, contributing to the development of new analytics tools, and engaging in product development work with data science and engineering teams. Applicants for the Vice President position at The Company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 8 years’ of experience in a data or research analyst role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agency or in-house environments, be proficient in a range of analytics tools and platforms, and possess excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Experience in market and audience intelligence, as well as the ability to deliver insights that support client strategy and planning, is essential. Proficiency in AWS, Python, R, or other programming languages is a significant advantage. The role demands a strong leader with the ability to make independent decisions, and exceptional communication skills in English.
