What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a team of mid/junior research professionals.
Manage deals from initial research to completion and signing.
Synthesize qualitative information into quantitative output.
Work with internal and external consultants on deal diligence.
Collaborate with legal teams on contracts and intellectual property.
Present risk/reward assessments to the Investment Committee and Board.
About You:
Hold an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or relevant work experience.
An advanced financial or scientific degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBA, CFA designation) would be considered an asset but not critical
Possess strong financial, analytical, and product valuation skills.
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong science and technology acumen with an understanding of drug development.
Broad network in the investment and biopharmaceutical industries.
