The Kimmeridge Investor Relations (IR) Team is seeking a Vice President/Principal who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a small team environment focused on multiple active investment funds, fundraising efforts, and a growing range of products and funds. This team member will provide a high level of support to existing clients and identify and develop relationships with new potential clients.
Responsibilities
Develop new Limited Partner relationships for existing and new products.
Identify existing Limited Partner interest for co-investment opportunities.
Create and maintain communication documents to approach and develop dialogue with new and existing clients.
Organize regional events for Limited Partners
Create ongoing schedule to visit key Limited Partners and Consultants
Monitor and ensure all incoming Limited Partner communications are addressed and comprehensively answered.
Provide support to annual and quarterly meetings.
Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
5+ or more years of experience in Investor Relations with prior experience in investment banking or a private equity investing role preferred.
Experience in the energy sector is also preferred.
$250,000 - $350,000 a year
If hired, base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, dependent upon the individual's qualifications and other job-related factors. Base salary is only a part of total compensation, which will also include bonus and long-term incentive compensation.

Kimmeridge pays 100% of the cost of the employees' health/dental/vision insurance. During each fiscal year of employment, employees will be eligible to earn a discretionary annual incentive bonus, based on company and individual performance targets.
