EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for Market Research BI Analyst (Latam regions)
in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position is located in our Germantown, MD office.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide analytical and ad-hoc support to customer experience for different Latam regions (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador) to reduce churn rate.
Create visualizations using SQL & Tableau to understand customer payment behaviors and propose tactics to improve ARPU (customer revenue).
Perform price elasticity analysis through A/B testing techniques to evaluate the responsiveness of consumer demand to changes in product pricing.
Provide reporting tools for field operations to understand customer satisfaction surveys and track main KPIs.
Basic Requirements :
Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science or a closely related quantitative field plus 6 months’ experience in SQL/PL SQL OR Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science or a closely related quantitative field plus 5 years’ experience in SQL/PL SQL.
Experience must include 6 months in each of the following: Tableau; Python (Jupyter Notebooks, Spyder); Python libraries: Pandas, Matplotlib, GeoPands, Shapely; EXCEL VBA; QGIS (Geographic Information System); Power BI; machine learning techniques (including exploration data analysis, sampling, decision trees, clustering, random forest, logistic regression; and SAS language (Base/Macro).
Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
