Senior Market Research Analyst (Director of Research)

Under the direct supervision of the VP of Marketing, the Sr. Marketing Research Specialist will be responsible for tactical support of the marketing team. They will execute vital tasks to support several aspects of the the portfolio's marketing campaigns including social media, digital marketing, graphic design, event management.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit advertising for accuracy and effectiveness.
Maintain production and social media calendar, implementing provided media schedules.
Extract and analyze marketing data from CRM, GA4, and other sources.
Update and/or create marketing assets.
Interface with support services to ensure proper coding and prompt payment of marketing invoices.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or similar field
1 to 2 years of marketing experience
Must possess a high-level of energy and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and fluency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media, CRMS, and experience with email marketing tools
Experience with Google Ad Words and GA4
