About the Team The Pipeline Process Architecture team, as part of the Revenue Operations Innovation and Operations organization, is looking for a multifaceted process architect to join a highly clear team that is driven by a passion for problem solving, creative thinking, and delivering impactful results. About the Role Be responsible for continuous oversight of various processes and sub-processes across the scope of Workday’s Revenue Pipeline. Using domain expertise, you will evaluate existing domain specific abilities, behaviors, technology, process, and practices in order to make recommend will change will impact Workday’s future pipeline generation goals. Ability to synthesize sophisticated process frameworks into consumable steps for senior leadership as well as workstream participants.

Strong understanding of SaaS pipeline generation development standard methodologies for high-growth technology companies.

Possess experience with Sales Engagement Platforms, CRMs and Lead Generation Tools.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
