About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Digital Banking Manager to lead and manage the digital bank's operational teams, including deposit operations, fraud mitigation, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the operating model for the operations team, managing and driving the team's policies, standards, processes, and SLAs, and identifying potential third-party vendors for business process outsourcing. Collaboration with product, technology, compliance, and risk management teams is essential to ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The role also involves utilizing data to drive decision-making, continuously proposing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and developing a multi-year strategic vision for the Operations team.Applicants for the VP Digital Banking Manager position at the company should have an advanced degree in business, technology, or management, with at least five years of experience in digital banking management and strategic leadership. A proven track record in leading successful digital transformation projects for financial institutions is required, along with a thorough understanding of the financial services industry and evolving digital trends.
