In the role of Sales Director, you will play a crucial part in shaping our sales strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Inspire, guide, and empower sales and customer service teams to exceed targets and achieve professional development goals.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration and results-driven ethos within the teams.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to surpass revenue targets.
Identify emerging business prospects and stay attuned to market trends to stimulate business expansion.
Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with key clients and partners.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate team performance against set goals.
Introduce effective sales reporting systems to provide insights into sales activities and results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2-4 years' experience as a Sales Director.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-producing sales teams.
