The Regional Sales Director is a strong contributor to the organization's growth by creating and developing sales prospects, advancing propects' knowledge of products and services, and transitioning prospect into new SentriLock customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create and develop sales prospects
• Continually collect and update regional prospect information such as key contacts, current contract situations, etc.
• Develop relationships with prospects’ key decision makers and supporting personnel
• Remain knowledgeable of prospects’ needs and problems
• Develop and maintain understanding of prospects’ external influences such as political environment, economic indicators, market trends, etc.
Advance prospects’ knowledge of products and services
• Deliver product and service demonstrations
• Create and deliver original pricing proposals
• Conduct effective multimedia presentations to various sizes of groups and type of personnel
• Provide functioning details of products and supporting system
• Coordinate additional technical expertise as needed
• Deliver creative solutions to prospects’ needs
Transition prospect to a new SentriLock customer
• Manage advanced contract questions and negotiations
• Review and coordinate contract signing
• Provide all required contract details to necessary SentriLock departments
• Facilitate transition to Implementations, Customer Relations, Finance
• Continue to maintain customer relationships through life of contract and through renewal
Requirements
Educational Requirements / Preferences
Associate's Degree - Highly Preferred
Experience Requirements / Preferences
3 Years - Business to Business Sales with Proven Success Record - Required
1 Year - Experience with long sales cycles - Preferred
