Playing a key role on our project teams, you will work alongside passionate engineers to develop innovative solutions that benefit society. How you will make a difference

Use engineering first principles and the experience of MPR’s subject matter experts to develop solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ needs

Communicate directly with clients to understand challenges and needs

Qualifications

Engineering degree with 2+ years’ experience

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Aptitude and desire to work outside of your engineering discipline(s) and quickly learn new concepts

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels of an organization (internal and external)

Ability to effectively time manage and prioritize work to meet commitments
