JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate to own and grow a variety of online marketing products and the monetization associated with these products. This individual will be responsible for developing new and existing marketing practices and products based on A/B testing and other analytics. This person will be extremely analytical, strategic, entrepreneurial, and will be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage online development of financial marketing websites both desktop and mobile with performance measured on revenue and profit results
Lead the creation of complex website projects, coordinating resources from multiple parts of the organization (marketing, sales, creative agency, engineering)
Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights about our websites
Provide thought leadership in developing new, innovative marketing practices and services based on market research and collaboration with
Lead the product A/B testing, iteration and analytics
Work closely with various online media teams to assess daily performance and profitability enabling them to grow volumes and profitability for the business
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of relevant work experience in either online marketing or web product development
Solid project management skills, highly organized and able to independently prioritize tasks given business drivers
Outstanding analytical skills and rigor, excellent at complex problem-solving
Good grasp of best practices in Website design – demonstrated understanding of what makes people transact online
Solid understanding of web metrics and how they impact the profitability of a business
