Responsibilities:

As an HR Business Partner overseeing a cloud consulting business unit at Quantiphi, your duties will encompass:

Workforce Planning: Collaborating closely with business leaders to comprehend staffing requirements and devise comprehensive workforce strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Onboarding and Training : Spearheading the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring seamless integration and providing necessary resources and training to foster their success in respective roles.

Performance Management : Orchestrating performance management frameworks encompassing goal setting, evaluations, and coaching initiatives to optimize individual and team performance and foster professional growth within the business unit.

Employee Relations: Serving as a trusted advisor and adeptly managing employee relations matters, offering guidance and support to resolve conflicts and nurture a conducive work environment for both employees and managers.

Talent Development: Identifying and nurturing high-potential talent, designing and implementing tailored development programs, and fostering avenues for skill enhancement and career progression.

Compensation and Benefits: Collaborating with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages and benefits aligning with industry standards for employees within the cloud consulting business unit.

Succession Planning: Identifying critical roles and developing robust succession plans to ensure seamless leadership transitions and continuity of essential functions within the business unit.

Employee Engagement: Initiating and overseeing initiatives aimed at bolstering employee engagement, including recognition programs, team-building endeavors, and fostering open communication channels to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Policies and Compliance : Ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and providing guidance to stakeholders on pertinent HR-related matters while adapting strategies as per the evolving needs and dynamics of the cloud consulting business unit.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner capacity.

Proven track record as an HR leader in mid-sized companies with a focus on the specific HR Business Partner role/client group.

Demonstrated proficiency in various HR functional areas, particularly organization development, change management, and employee relations.

Thorough understanding of HR programs and practices, including compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Other Qualifications: Demonstrated analytical prowess, problem-solving abilities, and strategic decision-making skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated integrity and credibility in communications fostering transparent information flow.

Proficiency in adapting communication styles based on the audience.

Commitment to upholding compliance standards and company values.

Ability to effectively manage multiple complex issues and prioritize concurrent projects.

Proficiency in leading organizational assessments and driving strategic actions.

Proficient in providing change management leadership and coaching to achieve desired business outcomes.

Ability to align solutions with business strategy and foster collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Capacity to make decisions incorporating a global context and facilitating necessary collaboration across organizational and geographical boundaries.
